Cynthia Winters, founder and principal of Winters Management Consulting, LLC, has over 20 years of Human Resources management experience in both the profit and nonprofit sectors. Prior to founding WMC, she held several Human Resource management roles in the finance and biotechnology industries.  She has extensive expertise in:
